The 5:th International Lithographic Symposium in Tidaholm 2006

The Lithographic Academy in Tidaholm arranges since 1990 an
International Lithographic Symposium every fourth year. Artists,
printers, cultural politicians and representatives from Art Schools,
lithographic workshops and museums meet to hear lectures,
to participate in debates and to exchange ideas about artistic
expression. There are also several workshops which allow
practical exchanges of experiences and a big lithographic
exhibition.

The purpose of the various symposiums has been to make the
lithographic art more known and popular both among artists
and the big audience. The symposiums will also make it easier
to share thoughts and ideas for those who are involved in
lithographic art.

Artist and workshops from all the world are welcome to send
lithographs to participate in the big symposium exhibition
and to personally participate in debates and workshops.
A great opportunity to make new contacts.

(Second prize)
10.000 SEK: Cristian Opris, Rumänien.(Romania)

Tredje pris
(Third prize)
1.000 SEK och en månads fritt arbete på verkstaden
i Tidaholm (and one month free working at the Tidaholm workshop: Pellas G. Hansson, Sweden
